The 3.5-pound anchors are commonly used for kayaks, canoes, SUP paddle boards, jet skis, personal water crafts, floats, inflatables, rafts, dinghies, and other small boats. The silver anchor is made of galvanized iron, while the colored anchors are made of carbon steel. The storage bag is constructed from waterproof 600D nylon, the carabiner clip and shackle are made of stainless steel, and the rope is braided nylon.

The anchors are made of galvanized iron or carbon steel, which prevents rusting. However, to minimize the chances of corrosion, it's recommended to rinse off any salt from the anchor after each use and allow it to fully dry before prolonged storage.
